Secure Member Portal
We’ve added some self-service capabilities for your convenience. You can log in and check referrals or see any claim that has been entered into the system on your behalf, including any claims that may have been denied or paid under the POS option. You can request a replacement ID card. You can change your PCP.
Please note that any enrollment changes, such as a change of address or adding a newborn, need to be done through DEERS in order to keep your enrollment up to date. If you’d like help with that, just call our member service staff for assistance.
