US Family Health Plan wants to help you stay in shape. As a member, you receive a 20% discount on an annual membership at participating fitness centers, with no initiation or joining fees.

Nutrition and Weight Control

US Family Health Plan members have access to certain weight management programs to make it easier to lose weight and lead a healthy lifestyle.

Chiropractic Care

US Family Health Plan covers spinal manipulation only – up to twelve (12) visits per Plan year – by a participating chiropractor.

Hearing Aid Discount

Although hearing aids and hearing services are not covered by TRICARE, US Family Health Plan members may receive a 20% discount on hearing aids and some hearing services with participating providers.

Eyewear Discounts

US Family Health Plan members can take advantage of significant savings on eyewear purchased through participating optometrists and opticians.
