These days, a trip to the pharmacy can be very expensive. US Family Health Plan makes it easier to take your medicine.

You pay a small, flat copayment per prescription, for up to a 30-day supply of medication. The copay is $5 for generic medications, $12 for name-brand medications, or $25 for non-formulary medications.

To fill urgent, one-time prescriptions, simply show your US Family Health Plan member ID card at a participating retail pharmacy nationwide. Copayments are due when you pick up your medications.

For refills or long-term medications, you can get a 90-day supply for a copayment that is the same or less than you’d pay for a 30-day supply at a retail pharmacy. In fact, generics are free by mail order.
