More coverage, less paperwork, and it’s free.

Retiree on BeachAs we get older, we often need more medical care. So it’s more helpful than ever to have a personal physician who helps you get the care you need. With US Family Health Plan, you’re not out there navigating the health care system on your own. And once you enroll, there’s never any paperwork.

Great benefits.

You get the full TRICARE Prime benefit—for doctor visits (including routine physicals and eye exams), hospitalization, emergency care, and terrific prescription drug coverage. You also get some nice extras, like chiropractic adjustments and discounts on eyewear and hearing aids, at no extra cost.

It’s simple.

No claims, no surprise bills, no worries.

It’s free with Part B.

For individuals with Medicare Part B, there’s no enrollment fee, no deductibles, and no copays except for prescriptions.

No Medicare Part B?

Having Part B is not required for membership in US Family Health Plan, but we strongly recommend having it (because it saves money now and avoids problems that may arise later due to Medicare’s waiting periods, higher costs, etc.). Individuals without Part B have the same enrollment fee and copayments as Retirees Under Age 65.

Join anytime.

Enrollment is always open and we’re happy to help you with that.
