Born and raised in western Massachusetts, Dave Mendoza joined the MA Air National Guard straight out of high school. An OEF/OIF veteran, he retired with nearly 30 years of military service. He and his family live in South Hadley, where Dave coaches and plays soccer, basketball, and baseball. He volunteers for the USO of Pioneer Valley and as the Veterans Outreach Director for the Springfield Chapter of Team RWB.

Originally from the southern Adirondacks, Jethro Byron served 22 years with the New York and Rhode Island Air National Guard. He now lives with his family in West Greenwich, Rhode Island, where they enjoy mountain biking and all things outdoors. Jethro also coaches new and experienced motorcycle riders throughout southern New England.

Originally from Rochester, New York, Mark joined US Family Health Plan in 2010. He lives with his wife and daughter in Waltham, Massachusetts. Mark fishes whenever and wherever he gets the chance, mostly for bass and pike.
